Profile required for our Douala office:

• Minimum 3 years of higher education;
• Very good knowledge of corporate law, banking and finance law, insurance law and taxation in particular;
• 1-2 years experience in a law firm would be an asset;
• Excellent command of English is essential (oral/written);
• Writing skills, mastery of legal research tools/sites.

 

Missions:

Assistance with the following assignments:

• Advice to clients;
• Drafting and follow-up of legal documents;
• Preparation of legal documents and administrative formalities on behalf of the firm’s clients;
• Legal research;
• Training.
