For the past ten years, Joliet Christian NKEM has been providing legal and tax assistance to private and public companies in connection with investments, business takeovers, restructuring and corporate reorganisation.
Before joining the firm, he worked at JMJ Africa, where he was mainly involved in providing legal support for a number of investment projects, as well as in the extractive industry sector.
He also worked in the legal and tax department of Ernst & Young Cameroon, where he took part in global tax assistance and tax due diligence assignments.
Joliet Christian NKEM is fluent in French and English.
He holds:
a Master 2 in Business Litigation and Arbitration from the Catholic University of Central Africa (Yaoundé), and
a Licence in Law and Political Science from the University of Dschang.
