Thierry Henri Ngombono is a trainee lawyer in the Firm

Prior to joining the firm, Thierry Henri Ngombono worked at Minyogog & Associates Law Firm, where he was mainly involved in civil and commercial litigation and matters relating to debt recovery, employment law and intellectual property law.

He has also worked in the legal and tax department of Ernst & Young Cameroon, where he was mainly involved in tax reviews and tax due diligence.

His practice focuses on banking and financial markets regulation, commercial contracts, financing transactions and corporate law. He also acts in the fields of telecommunications and the digital economy.

Thierry Henri Ngombono has completed his Master’s degree in Business Litigation and Arbitration at the Catholic University of Central Africa (Yaoundé) and is currently preparing a thesis on the fight against counterfeit drugs in the OHADA area.

• The issue of high-yield bonds by an international company in the extractive sector for a total amount of 500 million dollars guaranteed by its two Gabonese subsidiaries;
• The financing of BOCOM Petroleum for XAF 33 billion by the International Finance Corporation for the development of its production and storage infrastructures.
