Signing of a financing agreement on October 31, 2022 for the benefit of Société de Gestion Immobilière du Cameroun.

CHAZAI WAMBA is pleased to have successfully assisted Société Générale Cameroun and SCB Cameroun, as lenders, in the signing of a financing agreement on October 31, 2022 for the benefit of Société de Gestion Immobilière du Cameroun (newly PlaYce Cameroun), a subsidiary of the CFAO – RETAIL Group.

Société Générale Cameroun and SCB Cameroun will provide CFAO – RETAIL with a syndicated financing of CFA Francs 9 billion with a 10-years maturity for the expansion of the group’s activities in Cameroon.

ASCA – Attijari Securities Central Africa acted as co-arranger for the transaction.
