CHAZAI WAMBA strengthens its team with the arrival of a new associate:

Holder of a Master’s degree in Business Litigation and Arbitration at the Catholic University of Central Africa (Yaoundé), he is currently preparing a thesis on the modernisation of OHADA commercial company law.

His practice focuses on corporate law, commercial contracts, financing operations, banking law and business litigation and arbitration. He is also active in the fields of competition and insurance law.
