Chazai Wamba Law Firm invites you to the ICC-YAF Conference of 22 April 2022 on "challenges & opportunities in the oil & gas industry".

Our Managing Partner, Barrister Aurélie CHAZAI will participate as a moderator, on Friday 22 April 2022 at Akwa Palace and online, in the Conference organised by ICC-YAF (International Chamber of Commerce: Young Arbitrators Forum) whose theme will be challenges & opportunities in the oil & gas industry.

This Conference will take an in depth look at lessons learnt from Africa’s over 6 decades experience in the Oil and Gas industry and the role of arbitration. Focus would include new opportunities such as local content promotion, energy transition and legal innovations. The Conference will also address challenges including climate change disputes, project financing issues, and navigating regulations.

This is a must attend for seasoned and young arbitration practitioners with interest in African oil and gas disputes, in-house counsel, executives in oil and gas companies and stakeholders in the public sector and civil society.
