Focus on the OHADA Reform of Arbitration Law

The OHADA Council of Ministers adopted on 23 and 24 November 2017 two new texts of importance for the practice of arbitration in the OHADA zone.

We will present below the main reforms of the Uniform Arbitration Act and the Arbitration Rules of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration, which will be enforceable on 15 March 2018.
